In May, 2018 the new waste water treatment facilities for purifying industrial sewage water with the flow rate production of 80 m3/h are put into operation in the Lipetsk region by LLC “TECHWATERPROJECT”. The realization of the project started with the concept development, included budget estimation. The design comprised the most effective systems of waste water purification. All the peculiarities concerning production and sewage water were taken into consideration according to the Customer’s request.

The project provided mechanical, biological and chemical phases of purification of the production waste water and was supposed to remove the whole range of pollution.

The experts of the company “TECHWATERPROJECT” supported and controlled the run status at every stage.

After completing construction installation works the company carried out the commissioning of the sewage treatment units. The experts of the company “TECHWATERPROJECT” are enormously experienced and skillful. That is why all the works were performed thoroughly and in short time.

The waste treatment units with the discharge rate of 80 m3/h operate under normal conditions that provide to reduce environmental impact in the region. Moreover the majority of the purified drain is returned in use for recirculation. That process provides decreasing of water consumption of and reducing expenses for waste water disposal.

In August, 2017 in the city of Azov, the Rostov region LLC “TECHWATERPROJECT” company put into operation the wastewater treatment units at the station for washing potatoes with production 50 m³/h or 1200 m³/day.

The realization of the project started with collecting input data, creating a concept and budget estimates of the required works.

After confirming the strategy the construction project works were performed. The project of wastewater treatment units passed all the tests successfully and the implementing of the project began.

LLC “TECHWATERPROJECT” realized the monitoring of the project at all stages, including design supervision and construction supervision services, interaction with the controlling public authorities.

After completing construction installation works the company carried out the commissioning of the sewage treatment units.

Today the wastewater treatment units at the station for washing potatoes are successfully put into operation. The discharged water meets all the necessary standards and requirements.

Taking into operation such wastewater treatment units ensures reducing of environmental impact, improving of social and ecological situation in the region.
